Empowering young people is what Natalie is about.  She doesn’t just say it she believes with all her heart that every child no matter what the story can and should be given every opportunity to grow and blossom.

She is able to reach the young and guide them because they believe in her. She’s straight talking, very firm but also fair.

As a pastoral manager/ mentor I saw her guide, encourage and grow the minds of students that many others could not connect with.

For so many, working with young people is a job, for Natalie its a vocation.
