All I can say is that I have worked alongside and under quiet a few people during my working life, and I have found Natalie to be one of the most patient, fair and approachable bosses .

Natalie was the manager of the Behaviour team within the school I worked. I found her very direct in her attitude towards all of us and I knew where I stood with her.

She was also a friend that I could chat to on both professional and personal issues . I am still in touch with Natalie and I hope to continue our friendship.
