***Monday 22nd April 2019***
Before I could even get to promote my second event of the year here on my blog, tickets were gone. The first event in February was a wonderful one spent with great people. Those who attended truly committed to sharing and expressing matters of the heart and mind. The topic was right on time. Thank you to everybody who made it.
Due to the rise of interest shown and the necessity of such talks, I have decided to add more.
‘Later conversations’ will be evening talks mirroring the discussions held during the ‘Midday conversations’.
Stay tuned for the first date to be released in May.xx
***Monday 28th January 2019***

***Wednesday 25th July 2018***
So it’s actually happening.
Next Wednesday at 7pm, Abundantlyme.com will be hosting it’s very first talk and it’s going to be great.
We have four confirmed guest speakers who will be offering tips and suggestions in helping you declutter.
Clutter is known to contribute to stress and anxiety. This discussion will be highlighting how to make positive strides towards creating a clearer living and working space to help reduce the stress and anxiety.
Personally, clutter has had a profound and saddening effect on my state of mind and well-being. At the start of the year I made a decision that I was going to take action and start decluttering. I’ve made small steps but I still have so much to learn. I’m extra excited to hear what our guest speakers have to offer and I hope you are too!
Contact me here on the blog via the ‘contact’ page for further information.
Take care and Give care.xx

June was mad busy creatively and privately.
I’ve had the opportunity to reflect and grow even more spiritually.
One of the things I always wanted to do was begin a YouTube channel. I had to think about this because once you put yourself out there you need to embrace the good and the bad. I decided to be brave and at the very end of June I uploaded my first video introducing myself and why I wanted to create a presence.
I’m just getting started.
I hope you enjoy!
I’m currently working on a number of projects to help engage, motivate, guide and support young people. Having an extensive background in dance, music, behaviour practices, inclusion and guidance I am keen to reach out and help young people further and effectively.
Having my blog has already helped me personally in such a short space of time as it has given me the opportunity to encourage mindfulness. This is my positive and therapeutic space and I’d love to create such a space for others on my blog to speak up and speak out. Regardless of age or experience, I would also love for others to take the plunge and try blogging. Seriously!
Having this platform has helped me discover my new love for writing and has unearthed a deeper willingness to connect with others. So if you have any ideas how I can use my blog to support young people, please contact me via my contact page.
Thanking you in advance.xxx
